    金牌销售人员的素质

         上周加班的时候参加了一个关于保险产品销售的培训,听演讲人眉飞色舞口吐莲花以及偶尔声泪俱下的描述诸多个人保险销售的奇人奇事,给众多挣扎在指标边缘的客户经理足足了打了气 ,加上最终分行行长在长达两小时培训后目光刚毅神情亢奋的又加以压力威胁,后面几天客户经理们果然卖力不少。但听完这些所谓的保险业牛人的传奇故事以后,我倒没有其他客户经理那么醍醐灌顶般的大彻大悟,我在回家的地铁上想起的却是个截然相反的例子——卖火柴的小女孩,一个家喻户晓的失败的销售人员因为达不到target而最终饿死的悲惨小故事,让我保持了冷静的头脑和冷漠的视角来观察我的工作。实在是讽刺,刚才培训中的慷慨激昂事后想来很多前后矛盾,比如——一会说做销售最重要的是人品,过一会说对于一些没有资源的客人和他们啰嗦也不会带来财富;又一会儿说做销售的高级阶段不仅是卖产品而是卖自己(言下之意是售后服务,客户关系维护之类的),与实际情况中一位年轻貌美的女客户经理屡遭四十岁脱发老男淫骚扰的烦恼形成有趣的对应。
         于是我就问自己一个问题——什么才是销售的最高境界?我觉得相貌,技巧,口才都不是关键,但如果销售人员本人把要销售的产品所能带来的福祉化为一种信仰,怀着散布福音的想法去推销产品,那才是最高境界,而且这也是一般人即便培训也无法习得的。例如,一个保险销售人员能够像基督教徒一样虔诚的相信保险产品是为意外不幸者而敛财于广大民众并造福于每个投保人未来的安全的话后果一定不堪设想,因为其救死扶伤所带来的荣誉感和内心强大推动力远远超过了工作指标以及奖金带来的被动鞭策,而且这种销售人员根本没有任何的心理压力和负担,因为你买了我的东西是为了你自己好,而我每卖掉一样东西是做了一件善事,整个销售的过程就变成了一种道德修炼,当销售人员遭到无理拒绝或粗鲁敷衍时可以淡定的摇摇头为拒绝投保的人遗憾:“善有善报,恶有恶终。善哉,善哉”。
         但当今众多理财产品中,作为销售人员比一般民众更了解哪些产品是鸡肋,但往往因鸡肋所拟定的销售提成可观而促使销售人员无法终于自己初衷的为客人量身定做适合他们的理财计划,而更多处于考虑说是自己业绩的需要来指派产品给客户,于是销售人员自己也常常陷于一种左右为难的状态。我也很希望自己有把所要经营的产品所带来的利益当成福音来散布的那种单纯,但是我若能写出这般刻薄的博客那种单纯显然这已经是遥不可及了,于是只好努力迈向另一种升华——忽悠得入戏太深以后自己也当成了真理,类似于装b向老太太骗取同情眼泪的同时把自己也不小心被自己感动到了一样难能可贵。
